Why are some of your items made to order?
As Moonrises Studio by Wenli is a small business, a number of products are made to order to reduce material waste and costs and save on inventory storage. This practice allows Moonrises Studio to operate in a more sustainable fashion as it prevents overproduction.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
As a number of items are made to order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and sent.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For domestic shipping within Australia, please allow 3-6 business days for standard shipping, and 1-3 business days for express.

How are my orders being sent?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post, tracking number to be sent via Email once dispatched.

I made a mistake with the shipping address, can I change it?
Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct as we will be unable to make any changes once the item has been shipped out.

Do you offer International Shipping?
Unfortunately, at this point in time we are only offering shipping within Australia. However we have future plans to offer international delivery in the future!

Returns

Do you offer returns?
Currently we do not accept returns based on change of mind, however please reach out via our contact page if you have any issues or if your item arrives damaged.
